Mexican Hot Chocolate

Mexican Hot Chocolate Mexican Hot Chocolate 1/2 cup sugar 2 tablespoons of whole almonds ( chop finely) 1 ounce of bittersweet chocolate chopped coarsely 1/4 cup Dutch process cocoa powder 1 teaspoon of vanilla 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon of cloves Combine the sugar and almonds, in blender or food processor, then add the chocolate, cocoa, and vanilla,cinnamon and clove and give it another whirl in the blender and Voila! Store in an airtight jar. Perfect For A Lovly Christmas Gift!
